Be realistic about your weight loss diet whether it is Atkins, Weight Watchers, or South Beach. You don't want to aim too high because you may become discourage. You may want to add B12 to your diet to help boost your energy and speed up your metabolism. The longer you stick with your weight loss program, the more results you are going to see. Don't get discouraged and give up if you aren't losing as much weight as you want to at first.
